Instead, they take a digital-first approach by reaching out to their over 30, 000 Instagram followers. “We’ll go on Instagram stories and ask our audience, ‘Hey, what natural products do you guys want that you don’t currently see in our product lineup or from other brands? We then filter through hundreds of responses and look for the most-requested products. Those become the next ones that we create,” reveals Lo.
